CCE Terms of the Sale: 1. All consigned animals sell at public auction beginning Thursday, July 16th @ 6PM and ending Friday, July 17th @ 6PM. The sale will take place at PetersonAuction.com. This will not be a live auction. All lots will be open for bidding for the duration of the sale. 2. Interested buyers MUST register as a bidder with Peterson Auction. If you need help registering contact Peterson Auction. 3. Terms of sale are CASH or CHECK payable to "CCE." Buyers will be invoiced following the sale. 4. All animals sell by the head. All slaughter and processing fees are the expense of the buyer. All sales are final. Auctioneer will settle any disputes on bids. 5. A $25.00 per lot Internet Processing Fee will apply to each lot. This is to be paid by the buyer of each lot and will be reflected on invoices. 6. At the conclusion of the sale, the winning bidders will receive an email request or phone call to select a processing facility. Please select a processing facility immediately following the sale. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact their processor following the sale to discuss cutting instructions. 7. The animals become the property of the buyer at the time of the sale, but will remain in the care of the 4-H member until processing. Youth participants will provide trucking to an area slaughterhouse OR buyers can make their own arrangements. All 4-H Meat Animal Projects must leave the 4-Her's property alive. 8. Pictures and promotional materials will be provided to the buyers in the online Auction Catalog. 9. Sale Order: Animals will be lister on the website in this order - Hogs, Goats, Chickens, Lambs and Steers. 10. Animals cannot be donated back for resale. Buyer's who wish to make a donation to a 4-H project area or to the general 4-H fund may do so via donation lots or by sending a donation directly to the 4-H office. PETERSON AUCTION TERMS OF SALE NOTICE: All bidders and other persons participating in this sale agree that they have read and have full knowledge of these terms and agree to be bound thereby. All livestock are sold "AS IS WHERE IS" with no warrantee on condition, authenticity or weight. Buyer's Fee: A $25 per lot fee (Internet Processibng Fee) will be added to highest bid amount and will be part of total purchase price. 1. IDENTIFICATION: All participants and purchasers are required to give full name and address. 2. PAYMENT: To be made to "CCE". Business check, Personal Check, Cashier Check or Cash will be accepted. 3. TIME OF PAYMENT: Each purchaser will be required to make full payment in USD within 3 business days of receipt of invoice from CCE - Chautauqua County 4-H 4. DELIVERY: Livestock will be delivered to the approved processing facility by seller at no additional charge for delivery. It is responsibility of purchaser to select facility and pay for all processing fees. If purchaser wishes to do otherwise with livestock, then all purchases are to be picked up at sellers' location within 5 business days of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS 5. CONDITIONS OF LIVESTOCK SOLD: The Auctioneer or Chautauqua County 4-H shall not be responsible for the correct description, genuineness, authenticity of, or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No sale shall be set aside, nor allowance made on account of any incorrectness. 6. RESPONSIBILITY FOR NON-DELIVERY: The Auctioneer or Chautauqua County 4-H shall not, in any event, be liable for non-delivery of for any other matter or thing, to any purchaser of any lot, other than for the return to the purchaser of the sum of amount paid on said lot, should the purchaser be entitled thereto. 7. COMPLIANCE WITH TERMS OF SALE: In default of payment of purchases in full within the time therein specified, the auctioneer in addition to all other remedies allowed by law, will charge a $250.00 per lot failure to pay fine per lot to credit card on file as liquidated damages. Lots not paid for within the time allowed herein may be resold at public or private sale without further notice. 8. WITHDRAWAL FROM AUCTION: The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from auction prior to close of bidding any of the livestock listed or to sell at this auction. 9. OPENING BIDS: The auctioneer reserves the right to reject all bids on lots upon which there is an opening bid, that do not meet or exceed the opening bid amount. 10. RECORDS: The record of sale kept by the auctioneer and bookkeeper will be taken as final in the event of any dispute. 11. AGENCY: The auctioneer is acting as agent only and is not responsible for the acts of its principals. 12. SALES TAX: N/A There is no sales tax collected for this Auction. 13. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The auctioneer may add other terms and conditions of sale, such additional terms and conditions to be announced prior to the auction.

Catanese, Garrett - Breed: Boer Cross Goat I'm Garrett Catanese and this is my last year in 4-H. I started the year out planning to raise 3 Market Animals, but I am only able to sell 2 as I had to put my 4-H Market Steer down for medical reasons that were beyond my control. So my final year will see me selling a 4-H Market Lamb and a 4-H Market Goat. I have truly enjoyed my years in 4-H. I have learned a lot about responsibility, dedication and sportsmanship. Unfortunately this year I learned about the loss, which was heart breaking. But I was able to get permission from the 4-H Beef Committee to take a beef heifer off of pasture and train her for Showmanship to be able to finish the project. Unfortunately that, didn't work either as the Fair is cancelled. Good news is I did it. I trained the heifer to lead in 4 weeks time. Most of all I proved it to myself that with dedication I could do it. Approx. Weight: 99lbs. Township: Stockton

Lindell, Ian - Breed: Suffolk Cross Lamb Hello, my name is Ian Lindell. I am 11 years old and will be entering the 6th grade at Gail Chapman Elementary in Randolph NY in the fall. I have been a member of the Levant Live Wires 4-H Club for 3 years. I started showing sheep 3 years ago by helping my new stepfather show in open class. I joined the 4-H sheep program last year and participated in the breading program, and in open class shows. I fell in love with showing, and my ram lamb won reserve champion last year. This is my first year doing the Market Lamb program. I am very disappointed that we could not have the fair and get to show off our lambs in person but do want everyone to stay safe. When not doing 4-H projects, I also like to spend time playing soccer, riding my 4-wheeler and dirt bike and enjoy skiing in the winter. I plan on using my proceeds from the sale for a couple things.
