From the Elnora turn-off (along Hwy 21), go 3 miles East on Twp Rd 352, then go 0.4 miles south on Rge Rd 231. The property is located on the East side of Rge Rd 231. Gate sign: 35165 Rge Rd 231, Elnora, AB.

Bidding:

Premier Auctions uses bid extensions in its timed online auction sales. This means that within the last minute of the auction, if a bidder advances the bid, time is extended by 3 minutes. Please watch carefully as we don't want you to miss out on a bid if time extends!

Payments:

10% non-refundable deposit of invoice total must be paid immediately after the auction, in certified funds or through a wire transfer. The balance of the invoice must be paid in full by August 15th, 2027. Please note, GST may be applied for the real estate transactions.
