Payment & Bidder Requirements

Bidder Registration: A $25 non-refundable bidder registration fee applies to all bidders, regardless of items won, both in-person and online.

Online Buyers: You will be contacted (via email/phone) by an EG representative within 24 hours of the auction's conclusion to discuss payment. You will receive an invoice detailing your total purchases and balance owing. This invoice will be sent to the email address associated with your bidding account (please check your junk folder).

Vehicle Purchases

A $500 deposit will automatically be taken via credit card. The remaining balance must be paid via Verified Funds (E-transfer, wire, direct deposit, certified cheque, or cash).

*Credit Cards CANNOT be used for vehicle balances.

Memorabilia Purchases

Up to $500 will automatically be taken via credit card. The remaining balance may be paid via E-transfer, cash, or credit card.

*A 3% processing fee applies to remaining balances paid by credit card.

All payments must be complete or initiated by the end of the banking day on the Monday following the auction. Accepted Payment Methods

• E-Transfer (Preferred & Quickest): Send to [email protected].
  *Please put the last name shown on your invoice in the message box when sending.*
  Note: Most banks will increase e-transfer limits if you phone ahead and request it. E-transfers may be sent over 2–3 days as long as the balance is paid in full prior to pick up.
• Certified Funds / Bank Draft: Payable to Electric Garage Inc. for direct deposit.
  *Please email Glenda at [email protected] once the draft is deposited with your last name and lot number to confirm.*
• Wire Transfer: (+$25 wire fee). Wires can take up to a few days to process.
  *Please have your bank provide you with the PAYMENT ID NUMBER of your wire and email Glenda at [email protected] with that info to confirm.*
• Cash
