PAYMENT DEADLINE: Friday, September 25th no later than 5:00 PM MT

REMOVAL: Monday, September 28th and Tuesday, September 29th

13% buyer's premium on all lots.

Please bring tools, material handling equipment, assistance for relocation, ladders, boxes for relocation. PLEASE BRING BOXES IF NEEDED.

The liquor lots in this auction is only open to parties over the age of 21 for personal consumption only (no resale purposes) with sales tax charged on all transactions. The registered party MUST be the individual to pay and relocate from sales site. Thank  you.

Any and all disputes on lots will need to be rectified prior to the items leaving the site. Thank you.

CASH, WIRE TRANSFER , CERTIFIED/ PREAPPROVED CHECK.

CASH-Cash payments at Dickensheet & Associates, Inc., 1501 W Wesley Avenue, Denver, CO 80223 or at the closest Vectra Bank or Wells Fargo Bank. Further information will be forwarded on the Removal Instructions email sent after the invoice.

ZELLE-Please send transfer info to [email protected], with your invoice number noted in the memo section. All Zelle payments would need to be completed by successful bidders to assure the payment is noted in Auctioneer’s account prior to payment deadline. Be aware Zelle transfers can take 24 hours to process and is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure payment is received on time. Please note that while Zelle itself does not charge a fee for its services, some banks or financial institutions may apply transaction fees or other charges on your end. Please review the terms and conditions of your bank or contact them directly to confirm whether additional fees may apply when using Zelle.

CREDIT CARDS-Visa MasterCard, Discover, American Express utilized for registration with a maximum of $500.00

If the card is approved-a paid invoice will be sent to the email utilized for registration. If the purchased lots are not removed during the stated time period, the purchaser agrees that they have abandoned the items and the transaction is not applicable for a dispute to be presented to the card provider.

If the card is declined, Auctioneer shall have the discretion to resell the lots and revoke bidding privileges to registered party.
