Purchase of regulated equipment is strictly limited to verified, licensed, and authorized purchasers. All bidders must submit required compliance documentation prior to bidding or removal.
Required Documentation

• Active state-issued cannabis processing/manufacturing license
• Facility approval for closed-loop hydrocarbon extraction
• Current Fire Marshal / AHJ certification
• Closed-loop system engineering & compliance documentation
• Proof of insurance covering hazardous process operations​​​​​​​
