Sale Terms & Conditions

Cash day of sale or check with proper ID.  Credit cards purchases will incur an additional 5% processing fee. Nothing removed until settled for.  All items sell as-is, where-is with no warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence regarding any items purchased.

Firearm purchases: All bidders - may pickup long guns (shotguns/rifles/black powder) at Spencer Auction Facility day of auction until 5pm or Monday, October 5th by appointment between 3pm and 5pm.  Any other times by appointment.  Must bring valid ID, fill out 4473. $10 per firearm transfer fee (does not pertain to muzzleloader/black powder).

 Background check will be required for the following:  1.  Iowa resident without a valid permit to carry (must bring at time of pickup if you have a permit) Iowa residents 21+ CAN purchase a pistol/revolver with passing background check. or 2. Out of State resident purchasing a long gun on site.  

Out of State Handgun Purchase: If you are an out of state resident purchasing a handgun, that firearm MUST go to your state of residence for transfer.  Please have your FFL designated with their contact information. Buyer will be responsible for shipping cost to their state of residence FFL.  You are responsible for knowing your state/county/municipality laws regarding the purchase.

FIREARM PICKUP - Pickup day of auction until 5pm.  Monday, October 5th from 3pm-5pm.  Any other times/dates by appointment only by contacting 402-740-5526.

WE WILL NOT SHIP AMMUNITION - any ammunition purchase must be picked up from the Spencer Groups Facility.
