This will be a live in person auction with online bidding offered featuring a very nice collection of John Deere Tractors and Equipment in Paullina, IA!

This auction will have a 5% Internet buyers premium with a $1,000.00 cap fee per item. Onsite bidders will have no additional fees. 

 

This auction will have a 7% Iowa Sales Tax fee added to your purchase price including the buyers premium unless a fully completed exemption form is completed by the buyer for a qualifying exemption. Click here for a copy of what the exemption certificate and brief list of what qualifies for exemption. DO NOT COMPLETE THIS EXEMPTION AHEAD OF THE AUCTION AS WE WILL REQUIRE YOU TO FILL OUT ANOTHER ONE AT THE AUCTION IF YOU DO. AN EXEMPTION FORM WILL BE NEEDED TO BE COMPLETED FOR EACH AUCTION IN ORDER FOR THE SALES TAX TO BE REMOVED.

Location: Auction to be held at 115 N. Rutledge St., Paullina, IA. From Casey's in Paullina, IA go 3 blocks West on East Grand Ave to N. Rutledge St. then go South on N. Rutledge St for 1 1/2 blocks to the auction site.

 

 
 Pre-Bidding will close September 5, 2026 @ 10:00 A.M.
 
 Live Auction will be held starting at 10:30 A.M. on September 5, 2026 on small items and beginning at 10:45 A.M. on the live and online portion of the auction.
 
Auction Type: This will be a live onsite auction with online pre-bidding prior to the auction and online bidding available during the live auction also.

*Pickup: Loading will be available on sale day. All other loading will be by appointment only. AUCTION COMPANY WILL NOT ARRANGE SHIPPING.

 

 

*Terms: Cashiers check/credit card(credit card incurs a 3.% fee)/ wire transfer. 

 All items must be paid for day of auction if buying in person and by end of next business day following the auction for all online bidders. Auction company reserves the right to request the payment method of auction company's choice. All sales final. all items will be sold as is, where is, with any and all defects, and no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers are encouraged to inspect the equipment prior to bidding. All auction purchases must be removed within 2 weeks of the auction date. ALL TITLES WILL BE MAILED OUT 10-20 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE AUCTION REGARDLESS OF PAYMENT TYPE.
