Auction Preview Monday, August 31 11:00 AM � 12:00 PM Auction Closing Tuesday, September 1 Beginning at 6:00 PM CST Auction Pickup 3556 HWY 71 S, Spirit Lake, IA 51360 Pickup Information Thursday, September 3 from 3 to 6 PM. This is the only scheduled pickup time for this auction. We can be flexible within reason for pickup. If you are unable to pickup during the designated time, please text or call our office at 712-336-8468 to set up a separate time. If your items are large, and you cannot pickup during the designated time, you are required to bring help to load. All items not picked up within 5 business days following auction pickup will be considered forfeited and Lakeside Auction's property. Lakeside Realty & Auction staff will be available to assist with loadout when possible. Buyers are responsible for bringing adequate trailers, tie-downs, chains, straps, packing materials, and any additional help needed. Loading and securing large or heavy items is the buyer's responsibility. Buyers should be prepared to load, secure, and transport their purchases safely. Failure to remove purchased items during the scheduled pickup time does not relieve the buyer of their obligation to pay for their purchases. Items not removed during the scheduled pickup period will be considered abandoned unless prior written arrangements have been approved by Lakeside Realty & Auction. Abandoned items may be subject to a $50 per day storage fee, if storage is available, or may be forfeited without refund. Payment Information Invoices totaling less than $500 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. A 3.5% credit card processing fee will be added to these transactions. Invoices totaling $500 or more may be paid by bank-certified check, wire transfer, or exact cash. No change will be provided for cash payments. Wire transfers are subject to a $20 incoming wire fee. All invoices must be paid in full within 48 hours following the close of the auction. No items may be removed until payment has been received in full.
