It is the bidder's sole responsibility to determine condition, age, authenticity, value, and suitability of any item. Descriptions, photos, and advertising provided by Lakeside Realty & Auction are for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Buyers must rely on their own inspection or that of a third party. Failure to inspect does not relieve the buyer of responsibility to complete the purchase. ________________________________________ No Warranties / Authenticity All items are sold without any express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If you are uncertain about an item, DO NOT BID. ________________________________________ Auction Format All items are offered without reserve unless otherwise stated. If a reserve is placed, the seller reserves the right to accept or reject the final bid. Lakeside Realty & Auction reserves the right to: " Resolve bid discrepancies or tie bids " Bid on behalf of the seller " Add, remove, or regroup items at any time ________________________________________ Registration & Bidding All bidders must be at least 18 years old and must register prior to bidding. By registering and placing a bid, you: " Acknowledge you have read and agree to these terms " Accept full responsibility for all bids placed under your account Bids are final and cannot be withdrawn. Bidder registration is non-transferable, and bidders are responsible for maintaining account security. ________________________________________ Extended Bidding (Soft Close) This auction utilizes an auto-extend (soft close) feature. If a bid is placed within the final minutes of a lot closing, bidding will extend for an additional period (typically 3 minutes). This continues until no further bids are placed. Lakeside Realty & Auction reserves the right to adjust extension timing if necessary. ________________________________________ Online Bidding Disclaimer Bidders are responsible for monitoring lot closing times. Lakeside Realty & Auction is not responsible for missed bids due to: " Internet issues " Software or device malfunctions " Email or notification failures Bid early and monitor the auction closely. ________________________________________ Payment Terms Accepted payment methods: " Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) A 3.5% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions. Payment must be made in full immediately following the close of the auction. Buyers grant a security interest in all purchased items until paid in full. Invoices will be sent within 24 hours of auction close. ________________________________________ Buyer's Premium A buyer's premium will be applied to each purchase. This amount is added to the final bid price and becomes part of the total purchase. (Example: 20% buyer's premium with $500 max per item, unless otherwise stated.) ________________________________________ Shipping & Transportation Shipping services will be available unless otherwise stated. Shipping, handling, insurance, and related costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to the final invoice. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If shipping cannot be verified for high-value purchases, additional verification or wire transfer may be required. ________________________________________ Item Removal / Pickup Buyers must remove items during scheduled pickup times unless shipping arrangements have been made. Items not removed within the designated timeframe may be considered abandoned and: " Become the property of Lakeside Realty & Auction " Be resold or disposed of " Result in additional fees No refunds will be issued for unclaimed items. ________________________________________ Transfer of Ownership Ownership transfers to the buyer upon full payment. At that time, all responsibility passes to the buyer. ________________________________________ Default of Payment If payment is not completed, Lakeside Realty & Auction reserves the right to: " Charge the card on file " Revoke bidding privileges " Resell the item " Pursue legal action for damages, fees, and collection costs Interest may be charged on overdue balances as allowed by law. ________________________________________ No Chargebacks / Disputes Buyers agree not to initiate chargebacks with their credit card provider. Any disputes must be addressed directly with Lakeside Realty & Auction. Filing a chargeback may result in revoked bidding privileges. ________________________________________ Communication Buyers are responsible for monitoring email and auction platform notifications for invoices, updates, and instructions.
