Strawberry Point Foods Deli and Bakery, Strawberry Point, IA

Strawberry Point Foods is selling the equipment from its grocery on Mission Street in Strawberry Point, Iowa, with a full bakery, a meat room, a deli kitchen, Hussmann refrigerated cases, and seven walk-ins. The bakery runs four convection ovens, including a Southbend Marathoner Gold double-deck and a Blodgett double-stack, plus an Adamatic proofer, Hobart 20-quart and 12-quart mixers, a Moyer Diebel dough sheeter, and more than 170 aluminum sheet pans with the racks to roll them.

The meat room has a Butcher Boy floor saw, a Hobart grinder, two Hobart slicers, four Hobart Quantum label scales, and Heat Seal wrapping stations. Next door, the deli kitchen cooks on a Broaster 1800 pressure fryer, an Alto-Shaam cook-and-hold smoker, a Vulcan-Hart tilting kettle, and an Imperial range with a griddle, under a hood with its fire suppression system.

On the sales floor, a 2017 Hussmann curved-glass deli case and Hussmann medium-temp glass doors from the same year sell with Hussmann multi-decks and frozen food doors. Out back, the walk-ins include a dairy cooler with nine glass doors and a cooler/freezer combo, and a four-compressor Copeland rack and several condensing units sell too.

Up front are Airway checkout stands, NCR bi-optic scanner scales, 72 feet of Lozier gondola shelving, a GPI cardboard baler, shopping carts, and store fixtures.
