All items sold are sold as is with no guarantee, no returns. We are not a moving company, so the buyer is responsible to lift, load and remove their items. If you ask for assistance, we (Auction Company, Staff and Auction Client) are not responsible for any damage to the items you purchased or to your items used to carry your purchases (Truck, Trailer). Auction company and Owner are not responsible for any accidents or injuries on the premises.
Auction Terms & Conditions 1. Any dispute arising as to any bidding shall be determined by the auctioneers at their sole discretion. 2. Gilbert Gauthier Auctions Sales Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any applicant for a bidding number, the privilege of bidding by number at this auction sale, and to revoke such privileges at any time. 3. No equipment is to be removed until complete settlement is made. 4. Payment Options: debit card, e-transfer, cash, certified cheque, credit card. 5. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Do not bid unless you are serious at paying and picking up on the day indicated. All information contained in this Buyers Catalog was derived from sources believed to be correct, but not guaranteed. Remember, bids are binding and cannot be retracted. 6. You may not make a bid under a false name or as agent for a person who would himself or herself be prohibited from placing a bid on a particular lot. 7. An additional $20 fee will be charged daily for items not paid for by auction pick up day. 8. We (auction company, staff and client) are not responsible for your items if you ask help to load.

Bidding will start to close: Thursday, September 10 at 5:00 pm. Closing 3 lots at a time. Invoices will be sent to your email once the sale is done. All sales are final.
REGISTER AND BID: - Wait for approval once you register or sign in.
VIEWING OF ITEMS: - September 8 - 2:00 to 6:00 pm
Directions:
will send directions to all registered bidders and will add directions on website prior to viewing day.
Pickup: Sunday, September 13, 2026 (10:00 - 4:00 pm) - details on your invoice which will be sent to your email. (check spam or junk folder if you don't see an invoice by the next day).
Payment must be made prior to pick up or on pick up day. (Cash, Debit, Credit or e-transfer) Additional $20 fee will be charged if payment is not received on September 13.
