Terms and Conditions of Service

 

               By placing a bid, you accept all of the following Terms and Conditions of Service and the Terms and Conditions of Service.

 

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE PRIOR TO EACH BID

CLOSE OF RESERVE AUCTION: 

This reserve auction shall end at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, September 30th, 2026; provided, however, that this reserve auction will close using an extended bidding format. This feature allows the auction to function like a live auction by extending the time for (3) minutes (or by such other time as Bid-2-Buy determines in its sole discretion) on any item that has active bidding within the last three minutes of that item closing. It also allows customers with slower computer connections a fair opportunity to bid by eliminating the bidders that use computer sniping software to place bids within the last second of an auction out bidding you.

SALES TAX:
7.375% MN Sales Tax will be charged unless you fill out a MN sales tax or Agricultural exempt form (ST3) form with us. 
On all titled vehicles, transferring will be done by "Renville Sales Inc.", which includes 6.875% Tax Plus Document fee of $50.00, title and license fees will apply. Dealer: DLR35836
If you purchase a vehicle or trailer with a title, your invoice will not show the tax, or title transfer fees. These fee's will be in addition to the invoice you receive.
Must have Insurance Information for any truck or vehicle to do title transfer.
If you are tax exempt in the Bid-2-Buy system. You will need to fill out a ST3 form with Renville Sales Inc. to be tax exempt with them.

BUYER’S FEE OR PREMIUM
A buyer’s fee or premium is charged on each item as follows:

• 10% buyer’s fee on all bids

• Buyer's premium is capped at $1500.00 per item

ALL INVOICES WILL BE PLUS TAX, TITLE, DOCUMENT AND ANY LICENSE FEE'S THAT ARE DUE SO THE INVOICE YOU RECEIVE FOR A TITLED ITEM WILL NOT HAVE THE CORRECT TOTAL.

LOADING EQUIPMENT WILL BE AVAILABLE ON CHECK OUT DATES ONLY

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP DURING THE CHECK OUT DATES

ANY ITEM THAT NEEDS LOADING OUTSIDE OF THE CHECKOUT DATES, A $75.00 LOADING CHARGE WILL APPLY

Credit Cards add 2.5% Fee
Please make all Checks & Cashier's Checks payable to "Renville Sales Inc." 
All Cashier’s Checks will be verified by the Financial Institution upon which they are drawn.
No items will be released until the entire invoice is paid in full.

New bidders need to register a credit card as a form of identification. Your credit card will be charged $1 to verify your identity and shortly thereafter refunded.

This auction is being coordinated by “Renville Sales Inc/Todd Fitzner Auctioneer Inc.”. All descriptions & conditions indicated are deemed reliable but not guaranteed. “Renville Sales Inc/Todd Fitzner Auctioneer Inc.” is responsible for scheduling inspection & pickup times. The collection & disbursement of all funds, including but not limited to sales tax, buyer's fees & payments to sellers are the sole responsibility of “Renville Sales Inc/Todd Fitzner Auctioneer Inc.”. They are solely responsible to provide Titles, Bill of Sale and any other documents to the Buyer with respect to items purchased.
On this auction Bid-2-Buy is solely acting as a marketing agent.


PLEASE NOTE
Invoices are delivered via email by noon on the day following the close of the auction.
Neither the Seller nor the Werner Auction Group (the “Auctioneer” or “Bid-2-Buy”) provide transportation or shipping services for a buyer to remove an item won at an auction. Transportation or shipping services are a buyer’s sole responsibility. Therefore, any and all methods of towing and/or hauling and any other method or requirements for the removal or transport of an item is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
All items must be picked up at the auction address, FOB.
