An estate in Afton, in the St. Croix Valley east of St. Paul, is selling a full garage and workshop along with the furniture, cameras and yard equipment from the house. The shop has Craftsman rolling tool cabinets and a Kennedy machinist chest, DeWalt, Milwaukee and Craftsman power tools, Craftsman table saws, miter saws and a DeWalt planer, and a run of chainsaws from Stihl, Husqvarna and Homelite. For metalwork there's a Vulcan OmniPro 220 multi-process welder, a Gearsmith TIG and plasma cutter, a Chicago Electric wire feeder and Craftsman air compressors.

Inside the house are wood dining tables with chairs, leather seating, a Danby chest freezer and framed prints. A shelf of Nikon digital SLR bodies and Nikkor lenses comes with a Canon EOS kit, a telescope and microscopes. Out back there are Honda mowers, Husqvarna and Stihl leaf blowers, a Weber kettle grill and a Champion generator, with Indiana Hoosiers and Super Bowl memorabilia, safes, bikes and fishing rods and tackle in the catalog too.
