               By placing a bid, you accept all of the following Terms and Conditions of Service and the Terms and Conditions of Service.

 

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE PRIOR TO EACH BID

 

CLOSE OF RESERVE AUCTION

This reserve auction shall end at 7:15pm on Wednesday, September 16th, 2026 provided, however, that this reserve auction will close using an extended bidding format. This feature allows the auction to function like a live auction by extending the time for (3) minutes (or by such other time as Bid-2-Buy determines in its sole discretion) on any item that has active bidding within the last three minutes of that item closing. It also allows customers with slower computer connections a fair opportunity to bid by eliminating the bidders that use computer sniping software to place bids within the last second of an auction out bidding you.

 

BUYER’S FEE OR PREMIUM

A buyer’s fee or premium is charged on each item as follows:

• 15% buyer’s fee on bids

ALL VEHICLES SOLD AS-IS Elite Towing of Minnesota Inc. does not inspect vehicles and makes no guarantees or warranties regarding condition, completeness, or mechanical issues.   VEHICLE INSPECTION Vehicles may not be inspected at this time. Please review all photos carefully prior to bidding. Not all vehicles are drivable or complete.  

PAYMENT & PICKUP INFORMATION

Pickup is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Please call 952-808-0808 ext. 3 to schedule. Without an appointment, wait times may exceed 2 hours.   Payment and Pickup Appointments must be completed on the following dates and times— No Exceptions:

• Thursday, September 17th 2026: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Friday, September 18th 2026: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Payment must be received by Friday September 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM.

    A key charge, which varies in amount, may be applicable. If so, this fee will be detailed in the description and added to your final invoice.   Payment must be made by cashier’s check or bank wire only — no cash, personal checks, or electronic app payments will be accepted.   For wire transfers, funds must be received and verified in our account before any paperwork or vehicle release.   There will be a $50 fee per vehicle for anyone who needs help loading. - this can be paid via card or cash   Failure to pay and pick up by the deadline will result in accrued storage of $40 a day through the following Monday.   Failure to pay by the following Monday may result in legal action and a permanent ban from future auctions.

 

DOCUMENTATION & TITLE INFORMATION

The winning bidder will receive a Purchase Agreement and Bill of Sale issued by the impound yard after payment is received.

The buyer is responsible for transferring the vehicle’s registration before pickup of vehicle.

Elite Towing of Minnesota Inc. is not responsible for any registration delays, title issues, or additional costs incurred after purchase—including but not limited to repairs, liens, or prior investments made into the vehicle.

ANY TRANSACTIONS OVER $9,999.00 MUST BE PAID FOR WITH A CASHIER'S CHECK ONLY. All Cashier’s Checks must be made payable to "ELITE TOWING OF MINNESOTA". All Cashier’s Checks will be verified by the Financial Institution upon which they are drawn. No items will be released until the entire invoice is paid in full and registration is transferred

 

New bidders need to register a credit card as a form of identification. Your credit card will be charged $1 to verify your identity and shortly thereafter refunded.

Invoices are delivered via email by noon on the day following the close of the auction.
Neither the Seller nor the Werner Auction Group (the “Auctioneer” or “Bid-2-Buy”) provide transportation or shipping services for a buyer to remove an item won at an auction. Transportation or shipping services are a buyer’s sole responsibility. Therefore, any and all methods of towing and/or hauling and any other method or requirements for the removal or transport of an item is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
All items must be picked up at the auction address, FOB.

This auction is being coordinated by “Elite Towing of Minnesota on behalf of Rapid Recovery LLC” All descriptions & conditions indicated are deemed reliable but not guaranteed. “Elite Towing of Minnesota on behalf of Rapid Recovery LLC.” is responsible for scheduling inspection & pickup times. The collection & disbursement of all funds, including but not limited to sales tax, buyers fees & payments to sellers are the sole responsibility of “Elite Towing of Minnesota on behalf of Rapid Recovery LLC”.
They are solely responsible to provide Titles, Bill of Sale and any other documents to the Buyer with respect to items purchased.
On this auction Bid-2-Buy is solely acting as a marketing agent.
