Evolve Additive Solutions, Rochester, NY

Evolve Additive Solutions is selling its polymer and toner research lab in Rochester, New York, from an Anton Paar rheometer, a Nicolet FTIR spectrometer, and an Instron impact tester to a Zeppelin Henschel mixer and two Kodak NexPress production presses.

The testing lab leads the catalog. The Anton Paar is an MCR 302e and comes with its RheoCompass software and measuring plates, and the Nicolet has Spectra-Tech ATR and diamond-cell accessories to go with it. An Instron CEAST pendulum impact tester and a CEAST specimen notcher are here with a Carver heated lab press, a Magtrol dynamometer, a Shore rebound resilience tester, and PTC and Shore durometers. Mettler Toledo analytical balances, an A&D moisture analyzer, a Bausch & Lomb StereoZoom microscope, and Mitutoyo gauges are on the bench too.

Powder work centers on the 2023 Zeppelin mixer with its Siemens touchscreen. Two Kawata Supermixer Piccolos, a Paul O. Abbe jar mill, a Vorti-Siv sieving machine, a vibrating sifter, and a few dozen W.S. Tyler and U.S.A. Standard test sieves are here as well, along with an Air Science ductless fume hood, a Quincy lab oven, and an SMC thermo-chiller.

On the toner side, more than two dozen Trek high-voltage power supplies, amplifiers, and electrostatic voltmeters sell with a M.E.C.C.A. charge-to-mass analyzer and Torrey Pines and Xactiv tribo analyzers. The two NexPress presses come with shelves of NexPress imaging cylinders, blanket cylinders, rollers, and press components.

Shop and support equipment includes a Jet vertical bandsaw, a Jet air cleaner, a Beko compressed air dryer, an Elmo Rietschle regenerative blower, two Stratasys WaveWash cleaning systems, Stanley Vidmar drawer cabinets, and a Global Industrial pallet stacker. Lab carts, sit/stand desks, laptops, and office furniture fill out the catalog.
