**All assets are brand new and have never been used. If your attachment or unit is one that requires oil or other operable fluids, please be sure to add proper amounts prior to usage. Units were shipped to our facility, dry**

Loading assistance is available, and lift equipment is on site. Our auction staff will load assets onto a suitable and appropriate truck or trailer. For safety, a release and waiver of liability may be required. Please note: No loading assistance on 40' containers.
