General Terms:

Inspection prior to bidding is buyers responsibility. No representation is made as to condition or authenticity. All items, are sold AS-IS with no warranty whatsoever. Bidders are responsible for assessing item condition prior to placing a bid. We strongly recommend personal inspection of items prior to bidding. Purchaser buys entirely on his own examination. It is the responsibility of the buyer to conduct any inspection and examination necessary to satisfy him of all material facts before placing a bid. All sales are final. Absolutely no adjustments of price or refunds given.

Method of Payment

Settlement must be made  upon notification of winning bid. Cash, wire transfer (when accompanied by $30 fee) personal  or business checks will also be accepted with proper ID. We do not accept credit or debit cards.

All items must be removed within seven days of auction close. Items not picked up in seven days shall be charged a storage fee of $75 per lot, per day from the date of sale.

Items not picked up and removed from auction site in 30 days will be considered abandoned property and forfeited without recourse. Auctioneers at their discretion shall dispose of the property as they see fit. By agreeing to and accepting the terms of this auction, purchasers who abandon items, whether paid for or not agree to hold auctioneers harmless and agree the items resold shall be considered auctioneers property.
