Vintage Wooden Printer's Tray

This vintage wooden printer's tray (also known as a letterpress type drawer) was originally used in 19th and 20th-century print shops to organize individual pieces of metal or wooden movable type. Today, trays such as this one are highly sought-after antique collectibles that are frequently repurposed as rustic shadow boxes or wall-mounted display shelves to showcase small trinkets, figurines, and curios. In good condition with scratches and wear consistent with age throughout. Please see photos for details.
