European Porcelain Plate MZ Austria Art Nouveau Plate and Rosenthal Bavaria Floral Bowl, c. Early 20

This lot includes a pair of early 20th-century European porcelain plates, each representing the distinguished craftsmanship of its region. The first is a porcelain dessert plate by MZ Austria, marked with the classic MZ Austria crowned double-headed eagle hallmark.  The plate features characteristic Art Nouveau design elements, including stylized blue and green fan motifs accented with gold trim at the rim. The second item is a shallow, 8.5-inch floral bowl by Rosenthal of Bavaria, identified by its underglaze mark and script initials.  This bowl is decorated with hand-painted daisies in soft hues of white, yellow, and lavender, framed by a green border and a fine gold rim, and is estimated to date from a similar period. Both pieces are fine examples of collectible European porcelain with elegant hand-painted details, appealing to connoisseurs of decorative arts. Some light surface wear or minor gold loss may be present, consistent with age. Each plate is marked as shown.
