Five Early Advertising and Valentine Postcards

Five early printed postcards featuring a range of subjects and advertising themes. Included are cards with art illustrations such as a portrait with the text 'Compliments of Old Judge,' a cherub with a guitar, a child cleaning with a broom, a Valentine’s Day card depicting a child and dog, and an image of a woman holding a child with 'Decker Brothers Pianos.' Reverse sides display period advertising for Old Judge Cigarettes, Stephens & Widlar Coffee, Metropolitan Life Insurance, and Decker Brothers Pianos.  Cards are sleeved and show some age toning, minor surface wear, and handwritten notes or price stickers on some items.
