Terms: The winning bidder can load the contents on Friday, August 28th, between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM. The winning bidder must pay with CASH at the time of pickup. A representative from AUCTION OHIO will not be on-site for the pickup. You will be working directly with the property manager. In addition, the winning bidder will pay a $250 CASH clean-out fee at pick-up. The clean-out fee is refundable once the unit is emptied and swept.
