### Bidding Guidelines
**Getting Started**
* Registration: Please build an account and follow the provided details to bid on the current online auction.
* Bid Carefully: Please be mindful of where and how much you are bidding. Always verify your bid amounts before submitting.
* Bidding Errors: If you make a mistake, typo, or accidentally enter your bidder number in the bid amount field, contact us immediately via email or our online form.
* Note: No changes or bid reversals will be made after the auction has closed. All bids are final.
**How the Auction Closes**
* Staggered Closing: Lots will close sequentially (a set number of lots per minute).
* Bid Extensions: If an item receives a bid within the final 3 minutes of its closing time, the countdown for that specific item will extend by an additional 3 minutes.
* Stay Updated: Remember to frequently hit the Refresh button to see the exact time remaining and current high bids. You can also click the Review Bids button to view your active bids.
**Outbid Notifications**
* You will be notified via email if you have been outbid, but only until midnight EST the night before the auction ends.
* No outbid notifications will be sent on the final day of the auction.

### Payment and Fees
**Sales Tax**
* Applicable state and local sales tax will be collected for this auction based on the specific location of the sale, unless a valid tax-exempt form is submitted and approved prior to the close of the auction.
**For Invoices Under $3,000**
* A 14% Buyer's Premium will automatically be charged to the card on file immediately after the auction closes.
* Accepted Cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
**For Invoices Over $3,001**
You must notify us immediately at the close of the auction of your preferred payment method:
* Credit Card: Invoice total plus 14% Buyer's Premium (MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover).
* Alternative Payment: Invoice total plus 10% Buyer's Premium for Wire Transfer, Cash, or Physical Check. (For titled items paid by check, the check must clear before titles are released).

### Auction Closing and Pick-Up
**Winning Notifications**
* After the auction closes, you will receive an email invoice only if you had the winning bid.
* Please check your spam and delete folders, as automated emails can occasionally be sent to these folders.
* Check your email on the day of pick-up for any additional instructions.
**Pick-Up Requirements**
* All invoices must be paid in full prior to item removal.
* Details: Your online invoice will list the exact date, time, and location for payment and pick-up. Items are only available during this designated window.
* Documentation: Please bring a copy of the emailed invoice you receive to the pick-up site.
* Removal and Labor: Winning bidders are solely responsible for the removal of any and all items won. Please bring the needed supplies and help to safely remove your items, including but not limited to boxes, packing materials, trucks or trailers, and additional labor to move items.
* Movers: You can send third-party movers to remove items, but no items are allowed to be removed until the invoice has been paid in full.

**Abandoned Items and Delinquent Accounts**
The Auctioneer will have the option of reselling, removing, storing, or abandoning, at the expense and risk of the purchase, items not paid for and/or removed within the specific time. The buyer agrees to pay all deficiencies, legal, collection, transportation, and storage expenses associated with delinquent accounts or abandoned items.
**Choose Wisely**
* As-Is: We want everyone to get a good deal, but please be sure that you want and get the item(s) on which you bid because all bids are final.
* Preview: When in doubt about condition, completeness, or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly and please preview all items when in doubt.
**Auctioneer Rights**
The auctioneer reserves the right to:
* Add or remove items from the auction.
* Split or combine lots.
* Add minimum bids or reserve prices.
* Cancel, suspend, extend, or reschedule an individual item and/or auction event.
* Make changes to the auction closing times, inspection times, or removal times.
* AI Description Disclaimer: We utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to aid in writing item descriptions. While we strive for accuracy, errors or inaccuracies can occur. Bidders are responsible for verifying item details, and we strongly encourage attending previews to inspect items when in doubt.
