Antique Silver Plated Cup and Saucer Set with Flor

Description

This lot features an antique silver-plated cup and saucer set. The cup has an unusual design with a built-in rest or divider inside. Both pieces are decorated with intricate floral engraving. The underside of the saucer shows a makers mark with "D.B.C. SILVER PLATE CO. MERIDEN CONN." and the pattern number "148 8 1/2". This set appears to be from the late 19th or early 20th century. It is suitable for display or collection.
