Produced by Gemmy Industries, this animated Halloween costume hat features a macabre design perfect for spooky celebrations! This hat consists of a dome-shaped base draped in cream-colored gauze that has been heavily stained with vibrant faux blood. Perched atop the headpiece is a menacing, grey rat with glowing red eyes, red blood splatters on its snout, and sharp teeth clamped tightly onto a strip of the bloody fabric. Designed as an interactive novelty item, this hat contains an electronic mechanism, activated by a prominent button on the front rim, that causes the rat realistically shake its head and chew on the gory gauze when turned on.
