You are welcome to visit the warehouse during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, to view and inspect any items. Appointments are highly recommended to ensure personalized assistance. Auction Terms and Details: ·        This is an Absolute Auction: All sales are final, and items are sold as-is. ·        Shipping Is NOT Available for this Auction. Important Dates and Deadlines: ·        The auction will close at 8:00 PM on the first pickup day. Here at the Warehouse, you have 7 days to pick up. If the 7th day falls on Saturday or Sunday, you will have the following Monday to pick up. ·        Payment Deadline: Payments are due by 8:00 PM. Auction Terms and Conditions 1.   Payment Requirements: o   Payments must be made online via credit card only. No cash or checks will be accepted. o   Full payment must be submitted by the end of the stated primary auction pick-up time. o   If you fail to pay by the deadline, your default card on file will be charged, and a 25-cent swipe fee will be added to your invoice. Failure to arrive during the pick-up time will result in the forfeiture of your purchased items. 2.   Auction Policies: o   This is an absolute auction with the following fees: §  15% buyer's premium §  8% sales tax o   Alternate pick-up arrangements are available with no additional fees. 3.   Item Conditions: o   All items are sold as is/where is. Items may be pre-owned, and while we aim to disclose defects, some issues may not be noted or overlooked. o   Items are sold by a liquidation company handling large volumes weekly; items may not be thoroughly examined. 4.   Item Preview: o   You may visit the warehouse to inspect items during regular business hours: §  Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. §  Appointments are strongly recommended. 5.   Bidding Commitments: o   All bids are binding. Please ask any questions before placing a bid. 6.   Liability Waiver: o   Auction Ohio is not liable for any personal injury or property damage resulting from the use, handling, or modification of purchased items. o   Auction Ohio will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to: §  Loss of profits or goodwill §  Loss-of-use damages §  Additional expense, Forfeiture and Resale Policy (Expanded Explanation) §  Forfeiture of Items: §  If you fail to pay for your auction lots or do not pick them up within the designated time frame, the items will be considered forfeited. This means you relinquish your ownership rights to these items, and no refunds or credits will be issued for payments already made. §  Resale or Donation of Items: §  Once an item is forfeited, Auction Ohio and its affiliate auctioneers retain full discretion to determine the next course of action for the unclaimed items. They may choose to: §  Resell the items in a future auction, offering them to other bidders. §  Donate the items to a charitable organization of their choosing. The specific charity is selected at the sole discretion of Auction Ohio’s affiliate auctioneers. §  Consequences of Non-Payment: §  Failing to pay for items you have won in the auction is considered a breach of the auction’s terms and conditions. §  Such behavior may lead to consequences affecting your future participation, including: §  Suspension of bidding privileges: Temporarily preventing you from participating in upcoming auctions. §  Revocation of bidding privileges: Permanent prohibition from bidding in any Auction Ohio events. §  Preventative Measures: §  To avoid forfeiture, ensure that: §  Payments are made in full before the specified pick-up period ends. §  You collect your items during the designated pick-up time or make alternate arrangements. §  If unexpected circumstances arise, communicate with Auction Ohio or its affiliates immediately to explore possible accommodations. §  Key Takeaway: §  Forfeiture and non-payment result in the loss of your items and may jeopardize your ability to participate in future auctions.
