Vintage 1935 US Buffalo Nickel Coin Pendant Curb Chain Necklace

a unique vintage numismatic jewelry piece featuring a genuine 1935 United States Buffalo Nickel (Five Cents coin). Designed by James Earle Fraser, this classic piece of American coinage is securely mounted within a circular silver-tone bezel setting. The obverse side of the pendant displays the profile of a Native American chief, with the inscription "LIBERTY" and the clear, readable date "1935". The reverse side shows the iconic American bison (bison on mound) along with the inscriptions "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA", "E PLURIBUS UNUM", and the "FIVE CENTS" denomination. The coin bezel has a textured, cross-hatched rim finish and features two top loops integrated directly into a sturdy silver-tone curb link chain. Condition: Good vintage condition. The coin shows honest, circulation-consistent wear with softening to the finer details on the hair braids and the bison's shoulder, but all major elements, lettering, and the full date remain completely legible. The silver-tone metal bezel and chain exhibit minor light storage scuffs and slight authentic surface patina. The curb chain links are structurally secure with a functioning attachment mechanism.
