Vintage Sony Stereo Tapecorder Model 500 A reel-to-reel tape recorder system housed in its original portable hardshell carrying case with dual detachable speaker lids. Features classic 2-channel analog controls, dual VU meters, dual 1/4-inch microphone inputs, selectable tape speed toggle (7.5 / 3.75 ips), and built-in speaker contour switches. Comes in a textured gray vinyl transport case complete with top carrying handle and metal latch closures. Shows cosmetic surface wear consistent with age and storage. The unit powers on and the reels spin when you press the fast forward or rewind buttons.
