"1½-Story Rancher" by Bachmann Bros. recreates a charming mid-century New England-style ranch house with a prominent brick chimney, front porch, and shuttered windows. This model kit is preserved inside its original illustrated cardboard box that showcases the iconic retro graphics and bold typography characteristic of post-war American toy manufacturing. In good to fair condition, with minor wear to the model and significant wear to the original box. Please see photos for details.
