GUN & AMMO TERMS - Age Requiements: Handguns 21 years minimum age; Long Guns 18 and older with proper ID. - MUST BE A UNITED STATES CITIZEN AND LEGAL RESIDENT O FHTE UNITED STATES TO BUY FIREARMS. - All Firearms (Does not apply to relics or antiques): All applicable gun laws will be observed. All buyers will fill out 4473, show ID, and FBI background check will be performed before possession of firearm will be transferred to the buyer. - If the buyer is unable to take possession the firearm for any reason, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed. (If you cannot pass the background check, please do not bid on firearms). - Handguns: Out of state residents must have handgun transferred to a FFL (Federal Firearm Licensee) in their state of residence and buyer must take possession from them. They are fairly easy to find (most gun shops will do this for you) and most charge a nominal fee for this service. A shipping and handling fee will be assessed to send the handgun to the FFL. - All buyers are responsible to know their applicable state and local gun laws, if buyer cannot take possession for any reason restocking fee will apply. SHIPPING OF GUNS - Hand guns purchased by an out of state buyer must be shipped to your local FFL and will be shipped by UPS will all shipping costs paid by buyer. Buyer is responsible for paying their local FFL if their FFL charges to receive the gun. WE CANNOT SHIP GUNS TO INDIVIDUALS. - Important Announcements: Some listed Firearms may not be legal in every state. It is up to the buyer to know their state and local gun laws. A valid, signed FFL MUST be sent to us before we can ship any firearm. GENERAL AUCTION TERMS - ONCE YOU BID WE WILL NOT REMOVE IT! YOU WILL BUY THE ITEM IF YOU ARE THE HIGH BIDDER!
