Description

The Homeland at 2400 S Cornwell Drive in Yukon, Oklahoma, west of Oklahoma City, is selling the meat room, the bakery, and the compressor racks. The meat room has a Hobart MG1532 mixer-grinder and two Hobart 5614 bandsaws. Deli and hot foods have a 2022 Biro slicer, two Henny Penny 561 pressure fryers, and a Henny Penny SCR-8 rotisserie. The bakery has a 1999 Baxter OV210G rotating rack oven and a matching roll-in proofer. Bidding begins closing Tuesday, September 15 at 10:00 a.m.

Five 1999 Tyler compressor racks with Copeland compressors, set up for R-449A, sell with Kramer rooftop condensers and the walk-in coolers and freezers, including a three-room combo, a Crown Tonka freezer, and a dairy box with nine Anthony doors. A 2024 Hussmann five-door frozen case and 2017 Hussmann doors are in the catalog with the older Tyler remote cases.
