***PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BID*** IF YOU PREFER TO PAY BY CHECK VS. CREDIT CARD, you must let us know prior to bidding! NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE to your card for ANY REASON.
A 4% Buyer’s Premium (capped at $500) & 9.4% Oklahoma Sales Tax will be added to the total receipt amount.
A 3% convenience fee will be added on all Credit/Debit card purchases.
All items sold in their present condition with no warranties expressed or implied.
Early Preview: Monday, September 28th 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
There will be a 2 minute soft close on each lot. A soft close prevents individuals from entering a bid at the very last second before an auction closes with the intent of preventing others from bidding higher. This means that if a bidder enters a bid within two minutes of the lot’s initial closing time, a two-minute extension will be added on. The lot will not close until bidding is static for two minutes.
TIE BIDS: In the event there is a tie ‘Max Bid’, the item will be awarded to who placed the bid first.
Invoices will be emailed immediately following the close of the auction.
All invoices must be paid in full by 5 p.m. Wednesday, September 30th.
Purchases cannot be removed from the auction site until paid for in full.
Loadout: Tuesday, September 29th and Wednesday, September 30th from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and will be held ON-SITE. Please ensure you have adequate means for loadout as there will be NO equipment onsite.
NO SHIPPING OR DELIVERY WILL BE OFFERRED, ARRANGED, OR CONSIDERED.
The Buyer is solely responsible for removal of their own purchases. All purchases must be removed during the designated pickup period. Items not removed during the scheduled pickup time will be considered forfeited and may be disposed of at the Buyer’s expense without refund.
