All items sell as is, where is, no warranty, no guarantees.  We strongly encourage you to inspect the lots in person, contact the seller and satisfy any questions you may have before bidding and buying.  All sales are final and we will not retract any bids.

INVOICES: 

Invoices will be emailed after the last lot has closed.  Your invoice will be sent to the email address you registered with and will made out the way you registered for bidding. Please include your farm name and double check the info you entered is correct.  This email will come from "Mack Auction" ([email protected]).  It will be in your inbox but sometimes they end up in your junk mail or spam folder.  Do a quick search for it.  It will be there.  

PAYMENT:

We will accept Debit, Cheques, Cash, E-Transfers, Visa/ Mastercard (4% Convenience Fee), Bank Drafts, Direct Deposits at BMO branches and Wire Transfers. All payments must be in Canadian Funds. All items must be paid in full before removal.

PICK-UP:

Mack Auction Company staff will be at the Fox sale site on Wednesday, October 14, 2026  from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM to assist with loading and payment. Pick-up after this date will be the buyers responsibility for loading their own items.
