" Condition & Sales: All firearms (including parts items) are sold "As Is" / "As Seen." They have not been test-fired or inspected by a gunsmith. " Functionality & Maintenance: Parts/disassembled firearms may be missing unspecified components, require repairs, or fail to function. We do not clean firearms and strongly recommend a thorough cleaning before use. " Shipping Requirements: To have your firearm shipped, you must email copies of the front and back of your PAL and Driver's License to [email protected]. Bidders who want to bid on Firearms, must have a current and valid PAL for our Auctions. 2. MINIMUM 5 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO PICKUP, the Bidder is responsible for providing: a. Pictures of their PAL card (front and back) and associated Email address. Email copies to [email protected] b. To speed up the process, if you are going to purchase in this auction, you can email the FRONT AND BACK of your PAL, Date of Birth, RESIDES AT ADDRESS (land location, residential home address, etc), Mailing Address, and the same email address used with your FAC renewal online to: [email protected] and we can start the process earlier to avoid delay. 3. Once we receive your information: a. Ukrainetz Auctions will complete the Reference Verification with the RCMP by submitting the Bidder's PAL information. b. Ukrainetz Auctions Ukrainetz Auctions will receive a Reference Number by the RCMP and write it on the bidder's Invoice. c. The Reference Number is for verification that you are able to pick up your firearm. d. The Reference Number is valid for 90 days ONLY at Ukrainetz Auctions gun auctions. e. If any information does not match, the Bidder will be unable to bid on any Firearms until the issue has been resolved. f. BIDDING AND PURCHASING FIREARMS ON SOMEONE ELSE'S BEHALF IS NOT PERMITTED. g. Ukrainetz Auctions is responsible to store and secure a copy of all PAL information for 20 years as per the Firearms Records Regulations. Buyers must present valid PAL at pickup! No exceptions. The Buyer assumes all risks associated with the handling, lifting, loading, and transit of purchased items. 2. Indemnification: The Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ukrainetz Auctions, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and the property/landowners of the auction site (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees and court costs) arising out of, resulting from, or in connection with: Any bodily injury, personal injury, sickness, disease, or death of the Buyer, their agents, employees, or any third party during the removal or loading process. Any damage to or destruction of real or personal property (including the auction site property, neighboring property, or other auction lots) caused by the acts, omissions, negligence, or willful misconduct of the Buyer, their employees, hired haulers, or agents while on the auction premises. 3. Waiver of Liability: Under no circumstances shall the Indemnified Parties be liable to the Buyer or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the loading or removal of items. The Buyer hereby releases the Indemnified Parties from any liability for hidden defects, unstable loads, or hazards present on the auction site during the load-out period. 4. Compliance and Safety: The Buyer warrants that they (or their designated agents) possess the proper equipment, skills, and, if applicable, necessary insurance coverage to safely load and transport the items in compliance with all local transportation and safety laws. -Ensure payments are completed prior to end of day BEFORE THE PICKUP DATE. -Read our Terms and Conditions. -Once a Maximum Bid has been entered, it CAN NOT be changed by the Bidder or Auctioneer.
