ADDITIONAL TERMS OF SALE The lands shall be sold by Judicial Sale and are Subject to Court approval. The property shall be sold free and clear of all interests. Subject to $1250 Administration Charge per lot to purchaser on final settlement. The highest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted. McBids Auctioneers reserves the right to reject any bid, verify bidder capability, and negotiate or counteroffer. Deposit & Payment Terms as outlined below. Transfer Fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Buyer is responsible to obtain and pay for their legal representation.
