October 22ⁿᵈ The CrateHouse Deli & Icecream Online Auction

617 Main St, Moosomin, SK McBids Auctioneers & Appraisers is pleased to present the October 22ⁿᵈ The CrateHouse Deli & Ice Cream Online Auction, featuring the complete dispersal of the business assets of The CrateHouse in Moosomin, Saskatchewan. The CrateHouse opened its doors on Main Street in May 2019, following the Creighton family’s decades of experience in the grocery business. Over the past seven years, the family built The CrateHouse into a well-known local destination, offering everything from ice cream and fresh baking to homemade lunches, deli items, fresh-cut meats and their signature in-house smoked products. The business has developed a loyal following among both local customers and travelers, becoming a recognizable fixture in downtown Moosomin. As the owners move into retirement, McBids is pleased to offer the complete business assets through a unique auction format, providing an opportunity for both individual bidders and those interested in acquiring the assets as a complete package. Lot #1 will be offered as a Complete Asset Buyout and will include all assets/lots outlined within the online auction catalogue as one complete package. The Complete Asset Buyout will be available simultaneously while individual lots are open for timed online bidding. Should a purchaser exercise the Buy Now option on Lot #1, bidding on all individual lots within the auction will be halted immediately, and the complete asset package will be considered SOLD. If the Complete Asset Buyout option is not exercised, the auction will continue as scheduled as a timed online auction, with the assets selling individually in accordance with the posted auction terms and closing schedule. We encourage interested purchasers, whether looking for a complete commercial food-service setup or individual pieces of equipment, to review the entire catalogue carefully and take advantage of the scheduled viewing opportunity.
