Tom and Marlene have been collecting for over 20 years, building an incredible collection of 625+ toy tractors, cars, trucks, farm implements, construction equipment and more! Over the years, they’ve travelled to countless trade shows, farm shows, flea markets and order houses in search of their next great find. With the world of collecting changing and more of it moving online, Tom and Marlene have decided it’s time to bow out of collecting and they’re offering up their incredible collection for you to enjoy! Across this 750+ lot collection, you’ll find much more than just toy tractors. There are calendars, manuals, sports pictures, collector plates, Royal Doulton figurines and plenty of other unique collectibles waiting to be discovered. For the tractor and equipment collectors, there’s an amazing variety of die-cast models in scales ranging from 1/6 all the way down to 1/64, featuring names like John Deere, Case, International, Case IH, David Brown, White, Versatile, Deutz, Allis-Chalmers, McCormick Farmall, Belarus, Oliver, Fendt, New Holland, Ford, Cockshutt, Minneapolis Moline, Claas, Caterpillar and many more. And that’s just the beginning - there are also Franklin Mint cars and a whole lot of other surprises scattered throughout the collection. We’ve spread this exciting auction over three days to give you plenty of time to plow through the lots, take a look around and find those models and collectibles you’ve been searching for. Tom and Marlene have had a lot of fun building this collection over the years, and they hope you have just as much fun bidding, buying and adding a few of these pieces to your own collection! Please note that viewing for this auction is by photo only. Be sure to take your time reviewing all photos and lot descriptions carefully before placing your bids, as the photos and descriptions provide the details available for each lot. Terms and Conditions of Sale All Goods Sold “As Is, Where Is” All items are sold without warranty or guarantee. All sales are final. Online Timed Auction This auction is conducted exclusively online through timed bidding. Successful Bidders & Payment Responsibility Once the highest bidder has been awarded the final sale, that bidder is fully responsible for payment within the prescribed payment terms. If the payment is not completed within the specified payment terms, the purchaser gives McBids Auctioneers full authority to process the credit card on file. Payment Methods & Terms We accept cash, cheque, or e-transfer. If you wish to pay by credit card, please note a 3.5% processing fee will apply.  Buyer’s Premium A Buyer’s Premium of 15% to a max of $1250 per lot will be applied to all final bid prices. Pickup Requirements All purchases must be paid for within 2 business days of the close of the online auction or your credit card will be processed with a 3.5% surcharge. All purchases must be picked up by the buyer within 5 business days of the close of the online auction otherwise, unclaimed items protocol will commence. Please watch for specified offsite lots. If a particular lot location differs from the sale location, the new location will be stated in the lot details. Shipping Policy Shipping is only available if specifically advertised as an option for that sale. Shipping costs will include actual freight charges plus a handling fee. Unclaimed Items Any goods not picked up within the prescribed pickup period will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of at the seller’s discretion. Disposal and/or storage costs, if applicable, will be charged to the buyer. For currency auctions only, all unclaimed items at the end of the pickup period will be automatically shipped and charged to the credit card on file. Applicable Taxes GST and Saskatchewan PST will be applied to all purchases as required by law.
