All bids are binding, and successful bidders will be contacted promptly following the close of the sale with payment and pickup instructions. Terms and Conditions of Sale All Goods Sold “As Is, Where Is” All items are sold without warranty or guarantee. All sales are final. Online Timed Auction This auction is conducted exclusively online through timed bidding. Successful Bidders & Payment Responsibility Once the highest bidder has been awarded the final sale, that bidder is fully responsible for payment within the prescribed payment terms. If the payment is not completed within the specified payment terms, the purchaser gives McBids Auctioneers full authority to process the credit card on file. Payment Methods & Terms We accept cash, cheque, or e-transfer. If you wish to pay by credit card, please note a 3.5% processing fee will apply. Payment is due one day following the close of the online auction. All purchases must be paid in full prior to attending site for pickup unless other arrangements were made with our office. All purchases must be paid for within 1 business day of the close of the online auction or your credit card will be processed with a 3.5% surcharge Buyer’s Premium A Buyer’s Premium of 15% to a max of $1250 per lot will be applied to all final bid prices. Pickup Requirements One Day Only - No Exceptions! Thursday September 3rd, 2026 from 9AM to 4PM All purchases must be paid for within 1 business day of the close of the online auction or your credit card will be processed with a 3.5% surcharge. All purchases must be picked up by thebuyer within the specified release period otherwise, unclaimed items protocol will commence. Please watch for specified offsite lots. If a particular lot location differs from the sale location, the new location will be stated in the lot details. Shipping Policy Shipping is only available if specifically advertised as an option for that sale. Shipping costs will include actual freight charges plus a handling fee. Unclaimed Items Any goods not picked up within the prescribed pickup period will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of at the seller’s discretion. Disposal and/or storage costs, if applicable, will be charged to the buyer. For currency auctions only, all unclaimed items at the end of the pickup period will be automatically shipped and charged to the credit card on file. Applicable Taxes GST and Saskatchewan PST will be applied to all purchases as required by law.
