James Baker, known by friends as “Bob” Baker, is relocating and is offering a complete prior estate and moving sale. This auction features a great selection throughout, highlighted by a 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche LTZ 1500 4WD, along with Bob’s impressive collection of Makita shop tools. Also included is a complete lineup of yard and garden equipment, including a snowblower, mower, Makita electric wheelbarrow/mover, tiller and generator. The household portion features a leather-style couch and loveseat, audio and visual equipment, oak-style dining furniture, patio furniture, BBQ, smoker, kitchenware, shop items and much more. Terms and Conditions of Sale All Goods Sold “As Is, Where Is” All items are sold without warranty or guarantee. All sales are final. Online Timed Auction This auction is conducted exclusively online through timed bidding. Successful Bidders & Payment Responsibility Once the highest bidder has been awarded the final sale, that bidder is fully responsible for payment within the prescribed payment terms. If the payment is not completed within the specified payment terms, the purchaser gives McBids Auctioneers full authority to process the credit card on file. Payment Methods & Terms We accept cash, cheque, or e-transfer. If you wish to pay by credit card, please note a 3.5% processing fee will apply. Payment is due one day following the close of the online auction and prior to the end of the release period due to the offsite nature of this event. All purchases must be paid in full prior to attending site for pickup unless other arrangements were made with our office. All purchases must be paid within the stated timelines or your credit card will be processed, unreversably with a 3.5% surcharge. Buyer’s Premium A Buyer’s Premium of 15% to a max of $1250 per lot will be applied to all final bid prices. Pickup Requirements One Day Only - No Exceptions! Scheduled Release: Thursday, September 24th from 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM All purchases must be paid for within 1 business day of the close of the online auction or your credit card will be processed with a 3.5% surcharge. All purchases must be picked up by the buyer within the specified release period otherwise, unclaimed items protocol will commence. Please watch for specified offsite lots. If a particular lot location differs from the sale location, the new location will be stated in the lot details. Shipping Policy Shipping is NOT offered for this event. Unclaimed Items Any goods not picked up within the prescribed pickup period will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of at the seller’s discretion. Disposal and/or storage costs, if applicable, will be charged to the buyer. Applicable Taxes GST and Saskatchewan PST will be applied to all purchases as required by law.
