Removal Deadline: All purchased items must be removed by 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 18th, 2026. If not removed, all items will be considered abandoned or subject to a late fee.

Removal Notice: All items must be removed in a timely manner, not exceeding 1 hour. If additional time is required, please make any adjustments directly with the seller/removal contact. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the bidder being suspended from future auctions.

Removal Note: Forklift Available Upon Request. There will be NO MANPOWER OR EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE FOR REMOVAL. Buyer must remove all lots in their entirety and is solely responsible for loading and unloading. Buyer must provide adequate manpower and any additional equipment, dollies, or other moving devices necessary for removal. Buyer must have adequate transportation to remove all purchased items.
