There Will Be A 3.75% Fee For All Purchases Not Made By Cash, Cashier’s Check, Direct Deposit, Money Order & Wire Transfer. A $20 Fee Will Be Added to All Wire Transfer Payments. Buyers Must Notify Our Office in Advance if They Plan to Pay by Wire so the Fee Can Be Included on the Invoice*

The Warehouse is located at the rear of the building.  Entrance is off the feeder road.

Removal Notice: There will be NO MANPOWER OR EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE FOR REMOVAL. A forklift and pallet jack will be available upon request. Buyer is solely responsible for removing all purchased lots in their entirety and must provide adequate manpower, any additional equipment, dollies or other moving devices, and transportation necessary for loading and removal.

All items must be removed within one (1) hour. If additional time is required, arrangements must be made directly with the seller/removal contact. Failure to comply with the removal requirements may result in the bidder being suspended from future auctions.

Late Fee Notice: All purchased items must be removed within 10 business days following the final scheduled removal day, excluding weekends and legal holidays.
Any items remaining after this deadline will be subject to a $10.00 late removal fee, per lot, per business day, beginning on the 11th business day and continuing until all items have been removed.

Please remove all items promptly to avoid additional fees.
