Note: A Structural Mover Is Required To Meet The Minimum Insurance Requirements By Northside ISD (Portables). *** Movers will need to check with the city on moving permits & hours and days allowed******

Removal Note: All visitors, buyers, manpower, etc. must present proper identification to enter the campus, without exception. There will be NO MANPOWER, NO EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE OR EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE FOR REMOVAL. Buyers must remove all lots in their entirety and no later than the last day of removal. NO EXCEPTIONS! Buyer is solely responsible for loading and unloading and must provide their own manpower, equipment, dollies, or other adequate moving devices. Buyers must have adequate transportation to remove all purchased items.

Late Fee Notice: There will be a $100 late fee PER DAY if portables are not removed by deadline. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Removal Notice: All items must be removed in a timely manner. If additional time is required, please make any adjustments directly with the seller/removal contact. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the bidder being suspended from future auctions.
