Buyer is responsible for timely removal of items with no assistance from TexMAX Auctions, LLC, or its associates. 1. State driver's license or ID card is required to register. Must be 18 years or older to register. 2. Buyer premium shall be 18% for credit and debit cards Buyer premium shall be added to the hammer price and that sum shall be the taxable amount. 3. Payment is due at the conclusion of the auction and the card you register with will be charged. Methods of payment are AMX, VISA, Discover or MC. *** FINE JEWELRY AND COINS REQUIRE PAYMENT VIA ZELLE OR WIRE IF BUYER REQUESTS SHIPPING*** 4. No buyers shall trade any items on the auction premises. 11. Any items not picked up by the end of the last day, shall revert back to the seller with NO REFUND. 12. All items must be picked up from auction location unless shipping is requested by 1pm on pickup day. Handling and postage fees apply.
