Lot Includes Two (2) Rows Of Scrap Crane And Truck Bodies Only. Buyer Must Take All Items Located Within Both Rows.
Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, For Scrap Processing Only. No Warranties Or Guarantees Are Made Regarding Condition, Completeness, Or Functionality. Cranes May Not Be Returned To Service Or Resold For Operational Use.
Buyer Is Responsible For All Labor, Equipment, Dismantling, Loading, Handling, Transportation, Costs, And Other Resources Required For Complete Removal. Buyer Must Contain And Remove All Fluids And Is Responsible For Cleaning Up Any Spills.
Before Beginning Removal, Buyer Must Provide Proof Of A Minimum $1,000,000 Insurance Policy.
Removal Must Be Coordinated With The Seller And Completed In A Timely Manner. All Material Within Both Rows Must Be Removed No Later Than December 18, 2026.
