Mid-Century Austin Productions 1965 Romantic Lovers Sculpture

Description

This original mid-century plaster sculpture by Austin Productions Inc. is dated 1965, as indicated by the inscription on the base. The piece depicts an intimate, tender embrace between a nude male and female figure seated together on a rocky base. Crafted in heavy Durastone plaster, it features a textured, faux-bronze finish that emphasizes the detailed lines and expressive contours of the figures. Overall, the sculpture is in good vintage condition, exhibiting surface wear and small chips consistent with its age, and damage to a finger. Please see photos for more details.
