Buyer will pay for rigging services on top of the invoice; the cost will be $600. 20 BBL two vessel steam brewhouse by DME Brewing Services, consisting of a 20 BBL lauter tun and a 20 BBL steam kettle / whirlpool. Lauter tun (stock code ZMTR020): atmospheric design, T304 2B stainless shell with T304 #4 stainless cladding, formed top head, flat bottom, insulated sides, four 4 inch legs with adjustable footpads. Top fittings include atmospheric manway, 1 inch CIP and sparge piping with nozzles, plus a VFD controlled top mounted motor for the stirring rakes. Side fitting is a thermowell. Bottom fittings include wort outlets, wedge-wire false bottom, 1.5 inch wort collection header, and a 12 inch clamp style spent grain removal manway upgraded to a 12 inch stainless steel knife valve with handwheel. 70 inch ID, 5 foot side. Flat bottom design reduces under-plate volume and turbidity during vorlauf and wort transfers. Design parameters per the manufacturer spec sheet: 12 degree Plato original gravity, 95 percent brewhouse efficiency, 77 percent available extract, 180 kg per square meter plate loading. Steam kettle / whirlpool (stock code ZKS020): atmospheric design, T304 2B stainless shell with T304 #4 stainless cladding and T304 2B flat bottom cladding, formed conical head with shallow cone bottom, 1.5 inch mineral wool insulation on sides and bottom. Steam jackets for low pressure steam, sized to boil the full volume at 6 percent evaporation per hour. Top fittings include 8 inch vapor vent, 1 inch water inlet, condensate drain, 18 inch manway and 1 inch CIP. Side fittings include whirlpool inlet, thermowell and steam jackets. Bottom fittings include drain, wort draw-off and steam jacket. 66 inch ID, 6 foot side. Stack sold separately. The manufacturer quote for this system also covers two vessel sanitary T304 process and CIP piping (YPIP2VSMAN30BBL), a two vessel steam brewhouse control panel in a Nema 4 cabinet (XCP2VESSTEAM), a 5 foot two vessel stainless work platform with slip resistant fiberglass grating and handrails (YWORK2VES5FT), a control panel mounting bracket, and a liquor blending system. Buyers should confirm exactly which of these components are included at inspection.
