Vintage MacGregor 97 Baseballs & Wilson Pitchers Toe Plate | Sports Lot

Description: A vintage mid-century estate assortment of baseball equipment collectibles. The group includes two official MacGregor cork-and-rubber core baseballs housed in their original graphic retail packaging boxes. Accompanying the baseballs is a rare, vintage Wilson right-foot leather pitcher's cleat toe plate protective guard accessory, complete with its original stamped Wilson paper distribution envelope. Dimensions: The MacGregor storage box cubes measure approximately 3 inches by 3 inches. The Wilson paper distribution sleeve measures 7.5 inches long by 4 inches wide. Markings: The baseball boxes feature bold vintage branding reading "MacGregor / Consumer Division Brunswick Corp." alongside graphic illustrations of baseball players and model designation codes for the "97 Official League" ball. The paper sleeve is factory stamped with the script logo "Wilson / No. A-6100 / Pitchers Toe Plate / Right 1 Only". Condition: Excellent vintage new-old-stock (NOS) condition. The baseballs are unused, retaining bright white leather skins, clean red stitching highlights, and crisp printed surface branding. One MacGregor storage box features advanced cardboard tearing and a detached upper structural flap closure, while the companion box remains completely sealed and structurally intact with minor edge scuffing. The Wilson leather guard is unused with pliable leather, bright metal rivets, and clean factory markings on the storage envelope paper.
