Description

Homeland on Southeast 44th Street in Oklahoma City is selling its meat and deli equipment, refrigerated cases, and forklifts at online auction. Two Hobart mixer-grinders lead the meat room, with Hollymatic, Biro, and Hobart meat saws, Biro Sir Steak tenderizers, and Bizerba, Hobart, Berkel, and ABM deli slicers. The deli kitchen adds a Blodgett convection oven, Giles fryers, a Custom Deli's rotisserie and hot food case, two Alto-Shaam blast chillers, and an LBC mini rack oven and Hobart mixer from the bakery.

Four 2024 Hussmann multi-deck cases stand out on the sales floor, along with a Hussmann dual-temp island and a 24-foot run of remanufactured Hussmann multi-decks. True glass door merchandisers, Epta multi-deck cases, Hillphoenix, Kysor Warren, and Zero Zone cases, floral coolers, Manitowoc and Hoshizaki ice machines, and Heatcraft and Bohn outdoor condensing units are in the catalog too. The back room has a Yale stand-up reach truck, a Baker straddle stacker, a JLG scissor lift, Linde and Tora-Max pallet stackers, and electric and manual pallet jacks.
