Everything is sold "AS IS WHERE IS" once an item is deemed sold it becomes the responsibility of the buyer.

All items purchased must be removed by the date specified. Failure to remove the equipment within 10 (ten) days of the auction may be deemed "Abandoned" and disposed of by the auctioneer at its sole discretion with no compensation for the buyer whatsoever.
