**Removal Deadline: All purchased items must be removed by (Monday, September 28th, 2026 at 3:00 P.M.). If not removed, all items will be considered abandoned or subject to a late fee.

*Removal Notice: All items must be removed in a timely manner, not exceeding 1 hour. If additional time is required, please make any adjustments directly with the seller/removal contact. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the bidder being suspended from future auctions.

Buyer Must Remove All Lots In Their Entirety. Buyer Is Solely Responsible For Loading & Unloading, Bring Own Manpower, Equipment, Dollies Or Other Adequate Moving Devices or Equipment, Etc.
