Removal Deadline: All purchased items must be removed by 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. If not removed, all items will be considered abandoned or subject to a late fee.

Removal Notice: All items must be removed in a timely manner, not exceeding 1 hour. If additional time is required, please make any adjustments directly with the seller/removal contact. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the bidder being suspended from future auctions.

Removal Note: There will be NO MANPOWER OR EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE FOR REMOVAL. A forklift will be provided for Child Nutrition items only. Buyer must remove all lots in their entirety and is solely responsible for loading and unloading. Buyer must provide adequate manpower and any additional equipment, dollies, or other moving devices necessary for removal. Buyer must have adequate transportation to remove all purchased items.

Removal Note For Vehicles: Winning Bidder Is Solely Responsible For Bringing Own Batteries, Jumper Cables, Towing Equipment, Tow Trucks, Etc. To Get Vehicle Started And/or Removed.

Vehicle Title Information: Lemons Auctioneers & Online Pros will contact you concerning the title preparation information for the Title(s) of your Vehicle(s). Buyer must remove their Vehicle(s) from Seller’s auction location before the Title Preparation will be processed. Titles can take up to thirty (30) days to be received by Buyer due to processing and delivery.
